Today we have a game that involves preparation of some cookies in the shape of flowers!
We start by mixing the ingredients: put in a bowl: butter, sugar, eggs, lemon rind and flour.
Dough obtained we will place on a rolling board and by using a rolling stick, we roll it.
Then, by using a flower mold, we cut dough into shapes.
In the end we place the flowers on a tray and put them in the oven. Meanwhile, we prepare the glaze.
We mix sugar, milk, corn syrup and almond extract, over which we add some food color.
Decorate them with different colors and are ready! Good luck and have fun!
