It’s very easy to make and it involves chopping some celery, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Use virgin olive oil to slowly fry them in a pan, then heat up some vegetable stock and cream, add your vegetables and your creamy mushroom soup is ready! Add some fresh cut parsley on top and it’s all done! Enjoy!
